Caroline Flood-Edgar

Caroline Flood-Edgar holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Middlesex, United Kingdom. She specialises in Finance Administration. Caroline worked with the Archdiocese of Castries as Administrative-Finance Officer from October 2009 to September 2014. During that time, she was elected to the executive of the Caribbean Association of Diocesan Finance Officers (CADFO), where she played a key role in CADFO’s development of a strategic plan for Financial Governance in the Antilles Episcopal Conference (AEC). Since 2015, Caroline has been leading efforts within CARIFAM to establish The Family Centre – Saint Lucia’s first, and only, Crisis Pregnancy Centre Caroline is a devoted wife and mother, and enjoys working with young people.
